Sinopsis :
Resident Evil : Afterlife ini diawali dari tempat di mana Alice selamat dari serangan zombie dan berhasil masuk ke Umbrella Corp. dan memporak-porandakan Umbrella Corp. Di akhir cerita Resident Evil : Extinction, Alice diselamatkan oleh klonnya sendiri yang berhasil survive, dan nantinya di Resident Evil : Afterlife ini Alice memiliki rekan baru yakni klonnya sendiri. Mereka menjelajahi dunia untuk mencari korban yang masih selamat dari wabah T- Virus dan membantu mereka untuk membebaskan kelompok mereka yang disandera oleh Umbrella Corps. Pada seri Afterlife kali ini, Alice akan berhadapan dengan “sang Jendral” pemimpin dari Umbrella Corps
